This coming Holy Week, I hope Catholics will not only look after the days off, and the chance to go out of town but also observe the religious practice.
This Palm Sunday is the prelude to Holy Week, the culmination of the Lenten Season. And for the last 30 days the Catholic church and the priests are encouraging the members of the community and the religious to exercise abstinence, fasting, make sacrifices, reach out to the poor, help the Church and if possible conform with the preaching.

The lent started on Ash Wednesday last March 5 where we are reminded that we came from dust and to dust we shall return. I know it is never easy to conform but we can always try to abide at least during this Holy Week as a way to honor God.
