and the stillness of the moment
I turn and look at you.
Always calm,
sober and lovely as your eyes are close, one arm wrapped around me.
I love the scent of your hair, the heat of your body and sometimes your lips would touch mine.
While the moment is serene and I love to enjoy the moment, I can't help but close my eyes too.
To embrace this opportunity that life has given me, to sleep beside you and hopefuly to open again in due time to welcome a brand new day.
